A story about two intelligent boy who loved and cared by the same girl in Varanasi. They are Gopal, Raghav, Aarati who are the childhood comes classmate friends. But the problem was one boy wanted to use his intelligence to make money and get materialistic happiness. Another one wanted to his intelligence to start a revolution. There was Aarati who just wanna to have a simple life with love and peace. However, it is not easy to attain these in an unfair society that rewards corrupt and punished to honest human. In novel who will rewards and punished? As the same way one gives in to the system and other fights it, who will win? We have to read Revolution 2020 to know about these questions of the answers.

Novel has 42 chapters plus prologue and epilogue which chapters divided into four more section. One section labeled as a "Seven Years Later" and covered 3 to 5 chapters."Kota", section covered 6 to 11 chapters and "Varanasi" covered 12 to 17 chapters. From 18 to 42 tell the story on the topic" Varanasi Three More Years Later."
Novel began with ending of Chetan's motivational speech at Tilak hall in Varanais where Chetan met to Gopal . They have a talk, drink and finally they went back to remained what happened at Gopal life. Gopal is representative character of those people who are over ambitious, poor, looser, isolated. Raghav represent honest, successful and hard worker. Moreover, plot of the story told us the conflict between mission journalism and ownership journalism as well as conflict between corrupt and honest.

Revolution 2020 is a newspaper published by Raghav for Mission Journalism. His mission is to bring revolution on 2020 years. He wanted revolution in a society whose top leaders are the biggest crooks and in a system where almost anyone with power is corrupt. For that reason, Revolution 2020 will be bringing in Varanasi. And then there will be justices and the guilty will be punished.
