Movie start with the introduction about the Amir khan production house. In this series all those clips of the movie which is produced by  Amir Khan Production are played. Dhobi Ghat ; Mumbai Diaries is the story of four people from very different backgrounds, whose worlds intersect and leave them forever attered. As they find themselves drawn into compelling relationships,  the city finds its way into crevices of their lives separating them and even as it brings them closer.

Most of the women are not open to talk or express her feelings. So far, she was using diary to express her feelings through pen into copy. In this techno age videos are also used for diary. In this movie Kiran also applied the idea of video diary making through the character Yasmina who is preparing diary for her brother. She started her tape from romantic mode and ended it into pitiful tragic moments with her suicide. However, while watching this diary Arun get affected, his emotion has been driving from one station of life to the another. Watching Yasminas's different moments made Arun to color the canvas with different. Even he painted his canvas with red color to express to new blossom of love. Her diary take him a journey towards painful end from romantic moments. At the end of this diary Yasmina commit suicide . In  this sense movie is success to show the tragic definition of Aristotel Because every character of the movie are suffering from their own fault.

Movie used minimal dialogue but symbols, images are used in maximal percent. Movie is in narrated versions. Sai, a lady who come from London as banker. From vehicle view point character of that van show first shot of the movie.

Movie is beautiful as picture made by Arun but abstract. Attractive and colourful montage are available side by side symbolic visuals are also a lot in film. Such as, in sea breeze the words are written and again rob out by the wave . While throwing stone Arun gets statue of god, Yasmina fade away from dark towards light. By and large, we use portraits format for individual shots and landscape for object. But Dir.Kiran has presents the Mumbai place in a portrait format to symbolize Mumbai city as a character.

Movie became the garland of symbols, images, physical expression and strong but minimal language as well as high technique of camera. So, we have to be critico-creative thinker while watching movie. Overall, Kiran became successful to maintain the reputation of her husband Amir Khan though this is a first movie. This movie is cinematography the movie by 16mm old model camera.
